Even though the service they offer is good, they dont explain to you that chegg study and chegg tutor are two different services for which you get charged separately, I think they should take some time to explain their users what their fees are, and also should be more considerate with their rates since the website was practically designed for students and for the use of the same. I recommend to anyone not to submit your financial information on the website because youll be unpleasantly surprised.

Love the ease with which I can browse and search for new tutors while still being able to easily keep in touch with my current tutors. Im probably biased b/c Im a Chegg employee, but even I use Chegg Tutors to learn new things like Portuguese and CSS/HTML and the app really helps me keep in touch with my tutors.

Was able to quickly find a tutor and message them to arrange for a lesson. Great to have push notifications to remind me when my lesson was coming up. Thanks Chegg!

Their app is wonderful. The tutors are great, they help you in so many ways. The tutors that have helped me have gotten me all As on my assignments. I love this app! Worth the $14.95 a month.

Wonderful and easy to use.

Great app, very helpful but I am using it on my iPad and it is formatted for iPhone so it will not fill the whole screen. Because of that typing is difficult.

they charged me 10$ for the service that i already canceled. i asked why but no one was replied :)

Absolutely love how everything is organized. I can find my messages and written lessons with ease and it never has issues. Sending a request is easy as 1...2..3. Best tutoring experience Ive ever had!

1. Chegg needs to make use of this app more. This includes showing new tutoring opportunities on the app. People are on their phones more in this age. Thats a fact. 2. Tutor/student relationships on the site need to be improved. This includes making this silly "one message until the student replies" obsolete on this app.
