I AM VERY MAD. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. IT TOOK FREAKING A NIGHT TO UPLOAD TWO PHOTOS AND THANK YOU THAT IM NOT GONNA MEET MY DEADLINE FOR HOMEWORK. TRULY DISAPPOINTED.

Error where dismissed notifications stick and the app has a red #1 badge app icon. Even though their are zero messages or notifications.

The desktop site is great but the mobile app is in need of an upgrade. The tutors should be able to find opportunites to tutor while on the mobile app instead of only on the desktop site. It will be more convenient for everyone that way. This way tutors will be available more often.

Its not bad until you get to where you start a lesson. Then to start it they want your card information. Which I get because they have to pay the tutors, but if Im supposed to get a 30 minute free trial why do I have to put in my card information to even be able to try it out?

Maybe its because I work there, but Im very excited that InstaEDU is available for iPhone. As a tutor it lets me stay on top of messages and lesson requests when Im away from my computer. That way, I can keep my response time rating up and get scheduled lesson requests that I would have missed. Keep in mind, you need an InstaEDU account, and you arent yet able to do lessons from the app.

I have tutored one student for 2 semesters, so the chat history with him is quite long. All other chat rooms work properly except this particular one.I am wondering if its related to the large size of the chat history. Now the message history of us only updated to 16 Oct and I couldnt send message to this student by this app anymore. It really annoys me. I hope there is a way that can solve this problem.

I know this app is clearly in some beta (there is "More" tab with room for a lot) and the devs are working on it but it needs a 1* for now so they see this :P Pros: Easy to respond to messages from students - dont need to check my email for them. Cons: CANNOT see "written lesson" deadlines/ reminders/ANY information about the which is almost more important than Live reminders Cannot schedule or respond to written lesson requests. Cannot look at open written lesson requests. Obviously on the phone you couldnt start working but you could at least ask for clarifications or accept and get to your computer Can dismiss notifications but they arent particularly useful. Cant view past schedules etc.

I would love to use this app so I can check up on my profile while Im away but it wont even let me sign in.

This is so slow to load the messages, we need it to be more smooth and faster

I love that as a tutor I can respond to students when Im out and about and get lessons confirmed without being at my computer. And, I can also complete written lessons on my phone, which is great, especially when the lessons only require 10-15 minutes of work.

This is a nice app that I can use to chat with tutors and even schedule lessons. The interface is simple, clean and easy to understand.

Ive really been able to stop using the web site except for lessons and do all my messaging and scheduling through the app. Im probably biased because I also work for Chegg but I think this is awesome.

Too overpriced for services $35/week for 1 hour.

Not able to load any tutors or search for them. Very buggy!

The only feature is messaging tutors/students. Chegg should make tutoring possible at least on iPad...

I hate using this app for tutoring students about 80% of the time, but it does do its job when it isnt crashing. It still doesnt let the tutor set up a lesson correctly (it thinks Im a student) and it has a delay in the messages section. The notifications have a serious delay in going away. For some reason the messages also dont come up as alerts, even though I have it set to that in notifications. This app has some serious work to do to improve itself and be up to par with others.

I was expecting these guys to help me out (especially during summer break when you cant ask your teachers questions) but these tutors did not help me out one bit. they all claim to be busy all the time! :(

The experience I had was amazing. My tutor was insightful for the purpose that I needed them. It was a hard class! Very supportive, caring, and knowledgeable! And, I kept an "A" working by working with my tutor!

As a tutor through the site, this app lets me coordinate lessons with students throughout the day when Im at work and out doing things. Very helpful.
